is the media trying to throw the election?

At work today, my colleague and I noticed something sort of strange. When looking at the headlines, there seems to be strongly negative news about Clinton and positive news about Obama.

My issue is the media seems to be using a lot of their polls to try to project these hypothetical scenarios where I think it has the potential to cause more harm by actually swaying readers towards a direction based on statistically insignificant information.
And as we learned… polls are some barometer of where you are at, but I don’t think they will ever be ‘that’ accurate. That’s what voting is for.
